With a robust educational background in Economics from Claremont McKenna College and Engineering from Harvey Mudd College, I have carved a dynamic career path in the tech and finance sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Digital Craft Consulting since April 2023, I lead a web development and IT consulting firm focused on empowering mature small businesses through technology. My previous tenure at Capital One from 2012 to 2023 saw me rise from Marketing Manager to Director of Product Management. I spearheaded initiatives that enhanced digital servicing experiences and developed innovative payment solutions for small business banking. My leadership was pivotal in building a machine learning platform and optimizing online account opening processes. My career is marked by a commitment to leveraging technology to solve complex business challenges and enhance customer experiences.

  Head of 10 person product team responsible for the digital servicing experience in web & mobile for our Small Business Bank customers. Recruited, developed, and led many talented team members. Created the vision, strategy, & OKRs for our team as we built out a differentiated customer experience. Solved our customers main points by building new payment rails (e.g. wires, RTP, ACH), proactive communications, and simpler experiences, among many other things. Worked closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to gain alignment.

  Primarily focused on building out great teams to build amazing, business critical products. Lead the team who built a machine learning / AI platform from scratch to become an enterprise platform. Inherited poorly performing features (e.g. mobile check deposit (RDC), transaction ledger) and used data and iterative development to craft delightful experiences.

  Built out a new online account opening experience for customers wanting to apply for checking and savings accounts. Partnered closely with Design and Tech to iteratively build a solution that increased the funnel conversion rate by creating a fast and easy to use application. This experience is highlighted in bank's 1st national advertising campaign.

• Marketing Manager · Capital One01-01-2012 – 01-01-2013

  Responsible for driving awareness of a new product (Capital One Deals). Partnered closely with tech to mature from static emails to A/B testing capabilities and cross-channel (mobile, web, email) distribution.
