   Lead designers on projects and collaborate closely with Engineering and Product Teams using agile and lean delivery methodologies.  Lead design project to create free hand collaboration and whiteboard tool with AI capabilities for system engineers handling complex technical system design models.  Improved the FTUE for Maximo Application Suite (AI powered software) by revamping the sign up and trail version flow.  Conducted usability testing sessions with users for newly launched features in Maximo application to drive design improvements.  Designed new features like work queues for software suit from scratch to avoid unplanned downtime in asset management.

Plurit (Stealth startup) Jan.2025 - Jun.2025  Led 0-1 product designing of an event discovery and community building app.  Owned design concept creation, user research, competitive analysis, user journey mapping, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping and quick validation through usability and A/B testings. 2. Hunome Aug.2024 - Mar.2025  Solved end-end design issues of Hunome platform for members by collecting and translating user insights into intuitive and delightful digital experiences.  Key projects – Revamped FTUE, Launched Group Invite feature, Internal Admin tools, Account management feature, enable AI capabilities into the product.

   Designed 2 new products (Data Replicator & ProdOps Dashboard) apart from existing product UX & UI improvements and revamps.  Owned Design process and decisions (Discover, Design, Validate) of cloud data products from scratches to final releases.  Conduct usability testing to improve product and new features.  Collaborate with Product, Tech & Dev teams to prioritize UX issues.  Interact with Customers, Conduct User Research and identify MVP.  Launched Design Style Guide – saved 50% of UI dev efforts & time.

• Sr. Product Specialist (Seller UX) · Amazon09-01-2014 – 12-01-2021

   Improved seller listing experience on Seller Central (seller UI) by reducing friction on product listing with a data driven approach.  Driven UX & UI improvements on seller application journey to reduce backend operational efforts. (Achieved 50% YOY reduction in seller contacts related to listing removal due to selection issues).  Shipped 2 Self-Service tools (2000+users) to handle marketplace operations and request approvals.  Developing and managing a 8 member ops team.

   Developed a comprehensive data link application for Taara connect project (Alphabet Inc.) to configure, monitor and track link health metrics between wireless data terminals.  Led the complete rebranding initiative of OEM data link application, transforming it into the Taara connect application.
