Hire, train, and manage student staff as part of the Event & Marketing Assistant (EMA) Program. Field all sponsor inquiries for the entire Campus Events office and the Associated Students Office of Concerts & Events (ASCE). Oversee the planning of every area of the Sun God Festival including production, security & medical, road closures, community impacts, risk management, vendor management, ticketing, talent buying, and managing a budget of over $1 million.

Coordinate all areas of producing live events including event operations, production, talent buying, sponsorship acquisition, risk assessment, security, marketing, staffing, vendor coordination, and post-event assessment. Oversee the 'Event Marketing Assistant' staff program. Play a direct role in the acquisition of upwards of $60,000 in sponsorship revenue and coordinate event infrastructure for the Sun God Festival. Adapted to COVID-19 by producing virtual livestream events and booking talent for virtual programming.
