Created annual goals for the design team's success rooted in the Payments org and AWS success KPIs, and used that for Workload management and prioritization.

  Designed and researched innovative authentication policy management and security experiences for the Security team. Operationalized an org-wide strategy to enhance design workload management using agile design, allowing design to play an equitable role in product strategy and development. Designed the Risk Ecosystem.

  Joined Rapid7 as part of DivvyCloud through an acquisition, but remained on the DivvyCloud team; Cloud Practice. Collaborated with Rapid7's design team to make DivvyCloud's user interface consistent with the Rapid7 suite of products. Teamed up with developers to ensure that every component of the DivvyCloud design system was seamlessly connected with the corresponding components of the Rapid7 Design System, allowing for a smooth transition to being uniform with Rapid7. United with Rapid7's research team to conduct studies to understand DivvyCloud's user base and their requirements for future products.

  DivvyCloud is an enterprise cloud security company, Rapid7 acquired in 2020. As a solo designer, I lead design from ideation to production for all of DivvyClouds product and brand. Influenced strategic product direction by becoming deeply familiar with end-user workflows and the Cloud Security market space, resulting in collaborating closely with product to create a road map. Built and scaled a design system and Figma component library to unify cross-functional teams, which reduced development time by 40%. Conducted research that identified $1M engagement gap between DivvyCloud's largest customers and legacy tools. Redesigned all of DivvyCloud's legacy tools, resulting in 70% adoption by existing enterprise customers upon launch. Analyzed user feedback and data independently to identify areas of improvement and inform product decisions. Conducted Design QA with engineers to ensure experiences were implemented accurately and consistently. Scaled the team from 0-3 to execute vision. Contributed to DivvyCloud's successful acquisition.
