I am a UX professional with 15 years of experience in UX/product design, service design, employee experience, innovation, and strategy. I have extensive experience in the media, technology, and finance industries. I just left the BBC where I led design teams working on internal systems, metadata, content personalisation, and immersive experiences. Previously, I worked at the boutique design agency AllofUs, serving clients like Microsoft, Sky, Canal+, and many more.

  As a hands-on design leader, I managed a team of 6 UX professionals while also being actively involved in projects. I delivered a large piece of work around Flexible Media i.e. how to make the video and audio consumption experience more personalised.
