As the Chief Technology Officer at Sanic Logistics Limited, I oversee the development, implementation, and support of state-of-the-art computer information systems for various clients and industries. I have a strong background in cloud computing and virtualization technologies, and I hold multiple certifications from Cisco and Citrix. I have successfully designed and deployed call center systems, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and CCTV installations for several leading companies, such as Sanlam Insurance, Imarisha Sacco, Royal Mabati, Mercy Corps, and Popote Payments. I have also installed and configured Microsoft server 2016 and implemented active directory and file sharing roles for Rusinga Group of schools. My goal is to leverage my skills and experience to provide innovative and cost-effective solutions that enhance the performance and security of the IT infrastructure and operations of Sanic Logistics and its clients.
