  I was invited to join the partner board of Digital Labs in its sixth month of establishment. Digital Labs was a venture builder or, in Portuguese, a startup studio. At Digital Labs, our purpose was to transform innovative ideas into real businesses - startups, going through all stages from ideation to initial sales. During the journey, we created some businesses that proved unviable, such as QuickImóvel and Obras de Ouro. On the other hand, some found market fit, became independent companies, and are gaining more traction each day. These are Protarefa and Salus. In addition to startups, we developed dozens of digital projects (websites, web systems, and applications) for other companies, leveraging all the knowledge generated from our digital products. We ceased our operations at the end of 2019 and, along with two other partners (also founders of Digital Labs), we founded Cocreare.

  Initially, I worked as a web programmer, but I expressed interest in the processes and leadership area. After several opportunities to participate in meetings to understand problems and define solutions, I showed my interest in taking a more frontline role: identifying the problem/processes, modeling and validating the proposed solution, and finally, leading the development team. After 2 years, I decided to expand my challenges and ventured into entrepreneurship. Due to my involvement in various areas and the knowledge generated, I secured a service contract that lasted for over 7 years.
