About
I build the operational infrastructure that turns ambitious visions into scalable realities. For the past several years, I've embedded with founders and executive teams at early-stage companies — the kind where the org chart is loose, the systems don't exist yet, and moving fast without breaking things is the actual job. That's where I do my best work. At Posh AI (Series A fintech), I joined as one of the first 25 employees and helped scale to 100+. I quarterbacked a $27.5M Series A, built the people ops function from scratch, managed subsidiary operations as GM (raising an additional $4M), and implemented the business systems — HR, IT, procurement, finance — that let the company grow without falling apart. When the 2023 bank run hit, I partnered with the Controller to move company funds out of First Republic and into a T-bill ladder at BNY Mellon before most companies knew what was happening. Since then, I've been operating as a Fractional Chief of Staff across multiple early-stage companies, building operational infrastructure, supporting fundraising, and doing whatever the business most needs. What I'm good at: - Translating executive vision into executable plans and holding cross-functional teams accountable to them - Building systems from scratch (HR, finance, procurement, IT) that scale past the founding team - Managing investor relations and running due diligence processes that actually close - Sitting at the intersection of strategy and execution without losing sight of either I'm a member of StartupExperts, Operators Guild (OG Next), and Chief of Staff Network, and hold a Chief of AI Fellowship from the Chief of Staff Network. Currently: Exploring full-time Chief of Staff, Business Operations, and People Operations roles at seed through Series B companies in fintech, B2B SaaS, and AI/tech.
