  I joined the team to support with launching their Open & Online program which was focused on helping local NYC businesses get an online presence to help them sustain in a pandemic world. I led the business owners through the process, followed up on outstanding information, and acted as their primary point of contact. I also would review the designer's workload and flag concerns.

  I came in to support the accounts management function at a mid-size non profit. Before long it was apparent the finance function needed support and I took over leadership to include weekly team stand ups, financial reporting to funders, project management of the accounting process, A/R and A/P oversight, as well as audit compliance. I also took on the HR role for the last few months on my contract to support an organizational structure change.
