I'm an interim product leader for scaling startups. Over the last 10 years, I've built and led product & growth teams across Silicon Valley and Singapore/Southeast Asia. I've worked at companies of various sizes, from public companies (Dropbox) to growth-stage startups (Xendit, CreativeLive). Throughout this journey, I've led a 70-person product org, scaled product-led growth businesses, shipped features that drove millions in revenue, and launched products & teams from scratch. I also mentor and scout startups at First Round Capital, 500 Startups, Antler, Saison Capital and Iterative.

  Xendit (YC15) is a B2B fintech unicorn in Southeast Asia backed by top-tier global VCs like Accel and Kleiner Perkins. Joined as company’s first Product Lead, turned around an underperforming group, & scaled from 20 to 70 staff. Hired & coached from 2 to 11 direct reports. Grew # transacting merchants by ~3.2x over 18 months. Highlights: - Growth: Launched first PLG motion, reducing onboarding from ~3 days to <15 min. Shipped new capabilities for onboarding/KYC, payment activation, third-party integrations, & internal tools. - New Product Experiments: Launched mobile app and e-commerce enabler products (storefront + inventory) for SMB merchants, growing ~20% MoM TPV in first 9 months - Platform: Developed KYC platform APIs to enable scalability of services - Drove various enterprise projects, such as ops for Wise partnership and split payments feature - Scaled product org by shipping a career framework and processes for hiring, strategy, metrics, and GTM
