My freelance experience at Erik Zinkel Design involved delivering UI/UX experiences for mobile apps and websites. At Riff Official, I collaborated on a concept rework for an existing web platform. Previously, as a Music Coordinator at Music Supervisor Inc., I honed my skills in the sync and licensing industry. As the General Manager of The Moroccan Lounge, I successfully opened and managed a 250-person capacity music venue.   Freelance Product Designer currently creating new AI based workflows and products. Previous experience creating prototypes, designs and delivering the UI and UX experience for mobile applications and websites in Figma with a lean design process: research, design, test, and iterate.

  Shipping multiple features for a full suite of enterprise products, including native applications such as the POS terminal, Mobile POS, Mobile Consumer App, and Web Management Portal. Leading the design initiatives for Union POS's point-of-sale system, focusing on features that directly address challenges faced by restaurant owners and managers in configuring, scaling, and operating their businesses. Advocating for user-centered practices and solutions, overcoming internal blockers to influence product decisions and collaborate with Product Manager to contribute to the overall roadmap. Driving the development of core features and experimental projects, ensuring a holistic approach to design that spans from initial sketches to final visual specifications.

  At musicsupervisor.com I was able to learn much more about the synch and licensing industry. Working closely with the Director of Music and CEO, I used my musical ear and knowledge to assemble high quality music pitch decks to create the best listening experience matching project vision. I used this same skill set to Approve new music submissions from artists, composers, producers, and managers. Additionally my responsibilities included database management ensuring all writer, publisher info and relevant music meta-data is properly tagged within the system.

  Opened a new 250 person capacity music venue. Responsible for planning bar standards, planning product line up to ensure best customer experience, and creating a competitive pricing plan. Additionally worked with outside stakeholders to design the POS system setup, UI layout of all elements, to ensure excellent usability, and user clarity to ensure sale speed and accuracy. Created an excel database system that kept accurate track of product inventory, budget, usage, and costs in a high volume environment.
