Developed a financial payback model based on linear regressions of installation data to model ROI worldwide and shift the value proposition to true hard dollar justification. Installations worldwide; Germany, Czech Republic, Chile, Romania, Mexico and across the US with companies like Intel, NIKE, Boeing, Toyota, P&G and others.

• Head of Biz Dev · RCT Analytics, Inc.01-01-1992 – 01-01-2002

  Founded the company from scratch and grew to eventually be acquired by Tyco for $167m. Commercially adapted and scaled down, military, digital image processing and machine vision systems to measure retail foot traffic. Installed in 70,000+ sites around the world measuring traffic trends, sales conversion, labor allocation. Built the National Retail Traffic Index (NRTI), SaaS offering aggregating data to identify local, national, and global trends. Installed in all major retailers with offices in UK, Japan, Dubai, China.
