Hi I'm Gleb, I design digital products that feel intuitive - not just look good. With 6+ years in UX/UI, I've worked across the full design cycle: from user research and competitive analysis to design systems, clickable prototypes, and developer handoff. My most significant project was a B2B CRM platform built from scratch — I joined as the sole designer, mapped the entire information architecture, built a full atomic design system, and delivered a product that attracted 30% more users than the previous version. It's currently live and used by real sales teams. I think like a product person, not just a screen designer. I proactively identify UX problems, propose solutions, and take ownership of quality from first wireframe to final pixel. Currently open to full-time and contract remote roles.
