  Applied agile methodology to successfully deploy a SaaS Salesforce instance with mobile app and vendor Community portal ahead of schedule and under budget. Negotiated third-party vendor contracts for licenses and collaborated with Comcast Legal and Security & Risk for SaaS platform approval. Led business requirements gathering, refined project scope, and managed technical negotiations, resulting in improved end-user satisfaction. Generated Incorta dashboards to track financial performance of projects and research of POs. Created reports and training documents for Comcast P2, dedicated Condor projects. Onboarded and trained a team of DB administrators, business system analysts, and Salesforce developers (India). Led cross-functional team meetings for collaboration and development to plan project sprints. Trained and implemented best practices across developers, end users, and project managers, ensuring high-quality delivery and effective communication. Managed budget, financials, and forecasting for all projects. Developed a financial management platform to track budgetary expenditures by workstream lead and project. Established a governance process for managerial approval of changes in time, scope, or cost. Subject matter expert and main POC for multiple projects under development for 5G wireless build Condor program. Collaborated with Payal and the Lead Engineer on the deployment of the CIQ Bulkification API, which is close to testing and will streamline processes and alleviate resource constraints. Preparing for the creation of an API integration between the Salesforce platform and Comcast’s financial and job management platform, a major project years in the making.
