Hey I'm Jed, I’m a UX designer with an MSc in HCID, who loves solving complex problems through clear, thoughtful design. My background includes working on both early-stage concepts and established products, balancing user needs with business goals to create real impact. I’m currently work for a large B2B Saas company, where I focus on simplifying technically heavy workflows for Salesforce users. Outside of that, I’ve led research and design for personal projects like Film Finder, a social movie discovery app which is live on the IOS app store, and 4DAP, a music experience that explores song variations and mood-based playback. I bring a mix of structured thinking and creative exploration to every project, comfortable jumping between user research, interaction design, and high-fidelity prototypes. I’m open to contract roles where I can collaborate with product teams, refine ideas fast, and help ship designs that make sense to real people.

  Working within the product team, I work closely with product managers and dev teams to design new features and to improve Beauhurst's SaaS data platform which contains detailed information on some of the UK's fastest growing companies. Beauhurst is used by clients from over 20 different industries and sectors.

  I worked closely with product managers, developers, and engineering teams to design digital solutions for clients across a range of industries including travel, finance, and pet care. My work spanned from conducting user research and wireframing to creating accessible UI designs and user testing. As part of this, I facilitated ideation workshops, working collaboratively with clients to discover and understand the vision for their digital services, using user-focused insights to bring ideas to life. Alongside this, I was involved in Hackathons, design talks, and design team ideation sessions which helped improve my design skills.
