With a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Northeastern Illinois University, completed in 2022, I have developed a robust career in information technology asset management and mobility solutions. Currently, I serve as an Information Technology Asset Manager at Hearthside Food Solutions, where I am responsible for the life-cycle management of IT assets, ensuring alignment with business performance objectives through effective policy development and process management. Prior to this, I spent 25 years at Accenture as a Mobility Specialist, where I provided comprehensive support and managed the end-to-end procurement and budget for the mobility program. My role involved VIP support, business relationship management, and IT operations, showcasing my ability to handle complex IT environments and deliver strategic solutions. My experience spans across various facets of IT management, emphasizing risk, cost control, and compliance.

  The Asset Manager function is the main point of accountability for the life-cycle management of information technology assets throughout the organization. Included in this responsibility are development and maintenance of policies, standards, processes, systems, and measurements that enable the organization to maintain consistent hardware delivery and support metrics, with respect to risk, cost, control, governance, compliance and business performance objectives as established by the business. The Asset Manager will work with all departments that are involved in the procurement, deployment, management and expense reporting of IT assets and use integrated software solutions.
