  Owned the end-to-end design of the wealth advisory enterprise platform from scratch, scoping workflows, defining information architecture, and making foundational product decisions across fund discovery, client reporting, and operations for 1,200+ firms managing $2.5B+ in assets. Led the platform’s evolution from B2C retail to B2B enterprise, started on the consumer investor platform, then drove the design of the enterprise product for wealth advisors. Migrated the original investor experience into the enterprise platform as the client-facing layer, rearchitecting the permissions model from user-level to account-level. Built platform guides for client services and FAQs for advisors to support adoption. Designed the back-office tooling for finance teams to calculate, create, and send capital call notices and distribution statements, integrated with our BaaS functionality to connect notices directly to payment flows. Replaced a manual process of spreadsheet calculations and individual notice creation, significantly reducing time spent by finance and client services teams on notice generation and payment follow-up. Shipped a net-new product line from 0 to 1, giving fund managers tools to raise capital, manage funds, and report to investors. Prototyped entirely in MagicPatterns and Claude Design. Sales closed deals using the prototypes before engineering shipped the final product. Designed the persona-based roles and permissions system across the enterprise platform: access hierarchies, role-based views, and permission logic for multi-tenant firm structures, absorbing organizational complexity so that each user type sees only what’s relevant to them. Operate as a design partner across the full business: sit in on sales calls and demos to define personas and surface pain points, collaborate with client services on onboarding flows, training materials, bug triage, and feature rollouts, and work with marketing on product launch emails and landing pages. Onboarded two design hires (senior and lead level) and managed a communication designer. Serve as the team's subject matter expert on private markets, advising other designers on industry context, financial workflows, and company operations so they can design with domain fluency, not just UI patterns. Part of the team’s shift to AI-native design: adopted MagicPatterns as a power user (regular sessions with their CEO, surfaced bugs that shaped their roadmap), then transitioned the team to Claude for prototyping and design delivery. Share AI workflows, prompts, and best practices in regular team sessions. Also use an internal AI tool to prompt UI changes directly in the codebase and merge them.
