With a robust background in graphic design and multimedia, I have honed my skills through a Bachelor of Arts from La Trobe University and further studies at RMIT University. My professional journey began as a Senior User Experience Designer at Mobile Experience Pty Ltd, where I crafted innovative mobile solutions. At Isobar Australia, I advanced to Experience Design Director, leading teams to integrate human-centered design practices. Since 2017, I have been with McKinsey & Company, first as a Specialist and now as a Design Expert. Here, I spearhead digital transformations, notably redesigning a digital wallet in Asia and developing a workforce reskilling business.   As a Design Expert and Principal Product Designer at McKinsey for seven years, I led teams across diverse industries to deliver innovative digital solutions. My expertise is reimagining products, developing customer-centric value propositions, and driving digital transformation through human-centred design. I excel at translating complex business challenges into scalable, user-friendly digital solutions, and I do this at a hands-on level working with client and product teams. Key Achievements: Spearheaded the redesign of a digital wallet offering in Asia, resulting in increased market penetration and a successful product launch. Led the transformation of a supply chain planning cycle, delivering a world-class planning product that exceeded expectations and streamlined people and planning operations. Partnered with a major Australian university & Asian Enterprise organisation to develop and scale an enterprise workforce reskilling business, securing validation from three major market players. Developed and implemented product innovation playbooks and insights dashboards, enhancing team capabilities and linking learning activities to tangible outcomes.

Key Achievements: Helped an Australian Energy client take advantage of using design methods and thinking to help reimagine an employee app on health and safety in the workplace. Helped a European bank deliver a digital KYC for onboarding new customers, a first in this country for a digital e2e journey.
