  ChildSafe exists to serve organisations and individuals working with children and vulnerable people, with the goal of improving their well-being and safety. As a children’s Harm Prevention Charity, they provide many practical tools and training to help educate organisations and parents on child safety practices. As a UI/UX Designer, I worked closely with a small team to conduct user research and deliver improved design recommendations with a strong focus on improving credibility, accessibility and usability of the ChildSafe Australia website.

  OpenCities (acquired by Granicus) provides the website, portal and forms functionality that modern governments need to digitize each step of their customer journey. OpenCities takes pride in building flexible and accessible products that help local governments reimagine how to build, deliver and evolve their website and online services. As a Designer, I worked closely with internal developers and clients, running workshops and strategy sessions with local government teams spanning across Australia, New Zealand and the United States. Utilising the custom OpenCities CMS, I delivered a wide range of design solutions, advocating for the user and pushing for UX and accessibility best practices.

  Out of the Box Marketing (Fused Software) is a software and web agency. We work closely with some of Australia's fastest growing organisations, building websites, integrations and web applications – and much more! As a Product Design Lead, I was responsible for delivering a wide variety of digital projects and integrations, stakeholder and team management and scheduling, art direction and QA across all projects.

  Having worked at LegRoom as a Social Media Manager for approximately fifteen months, I was offered the opportunity to transition into the role of a Junior Developer. During this time, I worked closely with the team and development lead, receiving ongoing mentorship in front-end languages, frameworks and custom WordPress theme development. Alongside front-end languages and WordPress templating, I also gained exposure and experience with version control, website deployment and hosting services.
