Productized engagements: outreach-system buildouts, data pipelines, API integrations, and internal tooling. Built a personalized B2B outreach engine: per-contact AI-drafted email, rate-paced sending, multi-gate suppression (do-not-contact, pipeline-stage, per-contact cooldown), and deliverability protection. – Engineered email-verification gating that cut bounce rate from ~18% to under 1% on verified campaigns, while scaling to 2,300+ delivered emails/month (~3,780 total). – Stack: Next.js, Postgres/Supabase, Anthropic Claude API, Resend, deployed on Fly.io with an always-on scheduled worker. – Built a pipeline that turns scattered, undocumented, no-export web sources into one clean, deduplicated dataset; headless-browser recon discovers each source's shape, a resilient harvester handles pagination, retries, and token refresh. – Core is a resumable graph-traversal worker over a Postgres work queue: expands from seed records along scored relationships with confidence decay, crash-safe and cost-bounded, refreshable on re-run. – Stack: Python (concurrent extraction), Puppeteer (recon), Postgres (durable work queue). – Integrated commerce and marketing platforms (Shopify, Faire, Klaviyo, Stripe) into normalized internal systems — handling OAuth, pagination, webhook-race-safe billing reconciliation, and fee/line-item disambiguation. – Built internal operations dashboards turning live multi-platform data into single operational views (order routing, cost and margin calculation, pipeline status). – Built AI content-automation workflows (programmatic product imagery and marketing content) with cost controls.
