I've spent 13 years building people functions that actually work — across Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, inside telecommunications giants, financial institutions, and fast-moving SMEs. I've hired hundreds of people, designed leadership programmes, untangled messy employee relations, built induction systems from scratch, and embedded DEI into organisations that wanted it to mean something. I've sat with founders at 11pm making hard calls, and I've held leadership teams through restructures, rapid growth, and everything in between. Now I work fractionally — embedded with a small number of founders and leadership teams as their dedicated People & Capability Partner. I align people strategy with where the business is actually going, strengthen management capability, and build the scalable people systems that hold as organisations evolve. No overhead, no fluff. Just senior people leadership, delivered with clarity and trust in the moments that matter. My work is rooted in leadership psychology, emotional intelligence, and deep organisational experience.
