As a leading commercial and industrial energy supplier founded in 2009, First Point Power (FPP) delivers quality, custom solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our customers. FPP is purpose-built to provide transparent service, expert guidance, and competitive pricing so we are equipped to deliver to a higher standard. We have served over 55,000 contracts, 366 brokers, and have 100+ years of experience in energy supply. My day to day focuses on all activities relating to the customer acquisition cycle, which include handling requests for proposals, pricing, and managing the contracting process. I focus on developing key relationships with new and existing partners with the goal of building trust and exceeding expectations. Additionally, I build customer retention with a focus on broker outreach for upcoming contract expirations. Outside of work, I enjoy exercising, hiking, reading, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
