About

Driven by a desire to solve impactful problems, I have spent 5+ years in product management at startups and scaleups, leading cross-functional teams to build products from 0 to 1. My experience spans enterprise AI (L4 autonomous driving container trucks in container ports and digital twin systems for L4 autonomous fleets), B2C insurtech e-commerce, and mobile game discovery. Over the years, I have honed my ability to drive user-focused products and deliver outcomes by applying customer insights, UX thinking, data, technical understanding and business acumen to inform product decisions, align stakeholders and enable teams to execute with clarity on the why and the what. My approach is grounded in product discovery (concepts from SVPG, lean startup, design sprint) and agile methodologies (scrum, user stories), while collaborating closely with design, engineering and AI teams. I also bring a strategic mindset, developed through early-stage startup work, day-to-day product prioritisation, and roadmap planning, including a 3-year roadmap for the L4 autonomous truck at Westwell, developed in partnership with Hutchison Ports to support phased operational goals at a container port in Thailand. I recently completed a Master of Computer Science in Data Science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), gaining hands-on experience in ML, deep learning, NLP, LLMs, data visualisation and model evaluation using tools such as Python, PyTorch, SQL and Tableau. Projects include writing a literature review of 4 NLP papers in emotion recognition and mental health detection, and fine-tuning a BERT-based model on a small healthcare dataset. This foundation complements my product background and strengthens my ability to collaborate with and support AI/ML teams, from understanding modelling workflows and data requirements to evaluating models and addressing responsible AI considerations. Personally, I’m most excited by building AI-powered products that genuinely solve user problems and create lasting value at scale. I'm currently building a nutrition AI assistant to recommend personalised diets and meal plans through agentic AI workflows. I also enjoy reading about positive psychology and related topics in mental health and well-being. I am actively exploring roles in product management, AI/ML or data science. While I have worked across several domains, I'm industry-agnostic and motivated by solving the right problems with the right teams. If my experience could be a good fit with what you're building, I would be glad to connect and chat.
