About
With a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Syracuse University, I have built a robust career in brand design, specializing in healthcare and financial services. Currently, as the Brand Design Lead at Earned Wealth, I spearhead corporate rebranding efforts, creating multi-channel design systems and marketing materials that ensure brand consistency and empower business development. Previously, I served as a Senior Brand Designer at Clearing, where I supported the brand's evolution and designed accessible content for a senior audience. My role at Sesame involved growing the brand's creative assets and supporting marketing initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic. At Candid, I contributed to both digital and physical brand touchpoints, including environmental signage and direct mail campaigns. My experience spans creating design systems, managing growth initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences.

Experience
- Brand Design Lead · Earned Wealth06-01-2023
As Earned Wealth's Brand Design Lead, I oversaw a comprehensive corporate rebrand, transforming a basic brand guide into a multi-channel design system. Creating brand building blocks for everything from website modules to presentation decks empowered business development and marketing departments to self-generate materials while ensuring brand consistency. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I developed a robust suite of materials to market wealth management services to physicians, informed by user research interviews. In my contributions to marketing design, I equipped the sales team with materials from presentations to print booklets. Simultaneously, I took on project management for Growth initiatives, including day-to-day management of tickets, timelines and processes.
- Senior Brand Designer · Clearing09-01-2022 – 05-01-2023
Clearing is a digital healthcare platform built in partnership with leading physicians at Harvard and Johns Hopkins to provide access to comprehensive, opioid-free pain relief to people living with chronic pain. As an early design team member, I helped to nurture brand evolution as the business pivoted from a D2C subscription model to a primarily digital product. The job of brand design was to support product marketing with accessible, engaging and empathetic content for a senior audience not native to digital healthcare. I designed kit-of-parts design systems in Figma (and in AfterEffects for motion design) for all top of funnel marketing: paid social ads, landing pages, marketing emails and partnerships. Systems enabled our growth marketing team to get better creative to market, faster: so we could test marketing messages with users, garner (quantitative and qualitative) feedback, and craft ever-better, less-stressful experiences for pain patients from the first touchpoint.
- Brand Designer · Clearing05-01-2021 – 09-01-2022
As a Brand Designer at Clearing, I contributed to the brand's visual identity and marketing materials, supporting the transition from a D2C subscription model to a digital product. My work included designing accessible and engaging content for a senior audience, creating design systems for marketing campaigns, and collaborating with the growth marketing team to improve creative output.
- Brand Designer · Sesame12-01-2019 – 03-01-2021
At Sesame (a D2C healthcare startup), as the first in-house creative, I was responsible for growing our early brand from an agency brand guide to a library of creative templates for use across all marketing and external communications channels. Among them: supporting growth marketing with weekly refreshes to video ad creatives, building templates for consumer-facing as well as clinician-facing email communications, and supporting organic social with infographic, motion and video content. Video interviews during COVID with telemedicine clinicians became a way to connect with patients by showing doctors sincerity and webside manner. In addition, I contributed design for business materials used for fundraising and sales enablement.
- Senior Brand Designer · Candid11-01-2018 – 10-01-2019
As Senior Brand Designer for D2C orthodontics start-up Candid, I was responsible for interpreting our brand guide to digital and physical brand touchpoints at a brand with a rapidly scaling brick and mortar footprint. Brand design work included environmental signage for our brick and mortar locations and events, direct mail marketing campaigns, and template design for email marketing. In addition, I initiated and directed a patient interview portrait series for use in marketing material and contributed design for internal business materials.
