I helped sales leaders and stakeholders understand big-picture objectives and x-org dependencies, and provided a horizontal perspective on company and GTM goals. - Change Management: Created a new sales playbook to improve customer satisfaction and decrease time to value, and launched it to our GTM org. - Insights & Analytics: Created and evaluated data sets to identify revenue leaks in our sales funnel, and collaborated with leadership and ops partners to explain and action. - Systems & Tools: Created Looker BI dashboards to improve revenue visibility within sales and implementation teams. - ERG: Actively engaged in Checkr’s mission to improve and advocate for fair chance hiring of justice-impacted individuals, participating in social justice Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and volunteering initiatives.
