  I've had the privilege of serving as a project manager for four groundbreaking dynamic NFT collections, crafted by the esteemed team at OG.ART. In this role, I orchestrated every aspect of these ventures, from artist liaison and tech team coordination to client communication and project oversight. My daily endeavors encompassed a diverse array of responsibilities, including conducting productive team meetings, nurturing client relationships, compiling detailed reports and technical documentation, and diligently managing project timelines and budgets, all while capitalizing on upselling opportunities.   STEREOTACTIC is a marketing agency and video production company based in Moscow. I managed the corporate, strategic, and financial aspects of the agency. My primary role involved advising the company on achieving its financial goals and implementing both long-term and short-term financial plans. Additionally, I introduced a new motivation system for staff, targeting employees at both the top and medium levels. I also proposed strategies to optimize internal processes within the company, which were successfully implemented over a 6-month period. I collaborated closely with dedicated teams specializing in creative, digital, and event production. This involved structuring and negotiating the specific terms of tasks assigned by clients. I engaged in comprehensive market research from the project's inception, identifying new business opportunities for clients. I performed financial modeling for new projects, creating and presenting suitable solutions to clients in the fields of marketing and event production. I maintained effective communication with clients, two Chief Executives, the Chief Finance Officer, and the PR Director. Furthermore, I orchestrated the coordination of professional teams, including account managers, producers, accountants, lawyers, and PR managers, working in close collaboration with each of them. As part of my contributions, I developed a comprehensive 30-page Stereotactic BIBLE. This corporate book serves as a guide for all employees, containing essential agency information, corporate standards and rules, and details about project management features. Its purpose is to immerse employees in the specifics of working within the company.

Sila Sveta specializes in creating immersive digital experiences and narrative installations. Their expertise encompasses: Stage Design Special Events Installations Virtual Reality 3D Mapping Experimental Projects In my role as Operations Director, I primarily oversaw internal business processes: — I regulated the interactions between various departments: administration, content production and interactive departments, technical department, and management department. — I established and implemented a centralized procurement structure that included maintaining a pool of suppliers, negotiating long-term contracts, and securing favorable terms of cooperation. — I handled HR functions, including conducting initial interviews, managing personnel workflows, and supervising new employees during their probationary period. I also ensured a positive "climate control" in the Management Department. — I developed and implemented the company's operational guidelines, including job descriptions, standard legal document templates, job offer templates, accounting documents, freelance work forms, NDA agreements, and more. — I managed all technical projects involving leased equipment (company assets). This involved close coordination with the technical department, creating commercial proposals, document management, and overseeing payment and receivables.

  In the role of Integrated Leader for both the Moscow and St. Petersburg offices, I assumed the role of a dedicated business leader, influencing the future direction of our company. Whether dealing with consumer products or business services, I actively participated in the complete marketing journey. I guided all aspects of the direction's trajectory, including determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization, and external communications. This active involvement allowed me to contribute to shaping the customer's product identity and cultivating a devoted consumer base. This required collaboration with cross-functional teams spanning sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, and product development, among others.
