I’m a Product Strategy and Service Design leader with 15+ years experience shaping digital platforms, services and teams in complex, mission-driven environments. I work at the intersection of product vision, strategy and service design. I help organisations solve problems by: Setting product vision, strategy and objectives (near and long-term horizons) Translating user needs, organisational goals and constraints into roadmaps and KPIs Leading and supporting multidisciplinary teams across design, delivery and analysis Navigating legacy systems and operating models during periods of major change Embedding user-centred, inclusive and evidence-based decision making I’ve worked across new product development, platform evolution and legacy transformation. My design background gives me a strong systems view: understanding products not just as features, but as part of wider services, policies and organisational realities. I’m particularly motivated by tech for good, public interest technology and roles where digital products can genuinely improve people’s lives. I’m now focused on roles where I can help organisations shape the future of their digital platforms while building healthy, user-centred product cultures.
