  • Redesigned Schneider’s Freight Search Engine to develop an end-to-end intuitive and efficient web app to allow users to search multiple capacity features, and desired miles to be travelled while booking freights, enhancing search flexibility for users. • Conducted user research and usability studies (25+ sessions) to develop 5 personas and refine the user journey, giving users greater control over their search results with enhanced feature options. • Developed wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes with Figma to visualize the application flow and interface elements before development using ReactJS. • Led daily Agile stand-up meetings, facilitating discussions around feature development from concept to production, and identifying blockers early to ensure smoother product releases.
