At Bank of America, I crafted comprehensive user experiences for youth checking accounts, conducted competitive audits, and led exploratory projects on payment icon systems. Spearheaded exploratory northstar work for Payments’ icon system, audited existing gaps, and defined solution areas with a comprehensive testing plan. Conducted competitive research and customer interviews, collaborated across product design teams, and presented findings to senior leadership.
