In 2022, I served as a User Researcher at Disruptive Equities, where I played a critical role in identifying and addressing gaps in a beta-stage product's value proposition. My insights helped the startup team realign their approach to better meet customer needs. In 2024, I joined _VOIS as a Customer Acquisition Agent, contributing to the growth of Vodafone Broadband by promoting seamless connectivity solutions.
