For 17+ years, I’ve helped organizations, from scrappy startups to Fortune 500s, turn design from a service function into a strategic engine. I’ve scaled teams, launched global design systems, and embedded design ops practices that break silos and accelerate delivery. At Trane Technologies, I led design transformation across five business units and 40+ products during a major acquisition. At Apple, I guided design ops for enterprise and Apple TV+ systems through COVID, securing critical workflows used by 150k+ employees and external partners. Earlier, I grew teams and disciplines at startups, consultancies, and government agencies, introducing design systems and processes that unlocked growth and efficiency. Beyond org transformation, I’m a coach and educator. Through Human Well Center and my own practice, I mentor product designers and leaders 1:1, create content on systems thinking, and build tools for mental health and workplace well-being. I believe design leadership isn’t just about pixels or process, it’s about shaping how information flows, how people collaborate, and how organizations learn. That’s where the real leverage lives.
