With a strong foundation in UX design from General Assembly, I have honed my skills as a Product Designer at H&R Block. Since 2022, I have contributed to various projects, including enhancing the Cryptocurrency Investments experience and leading design efforts for the Spruce Mobile Banking App, which won the AIGA KC Design Award. My work focuses on eliminating workflow friction and improving user experiences across multiple platforms, such as BlockWorks Online and DIY. I have played a pivotal role in developing the Spruce Design System and ADA Accessibility documentation. Additionally, I have provided UX audits and design services for small businesses during the Covid-19 pandemic, showcasing my commitment to impactful design solutions.

  AIGA KC Design Award - A18 Winner - Web & App - Spruce Money. Lead designer for Money Movement and Savings experiences within Spruce Mobile Banking App. Created user flows, wireframes, and MVP designs for ACH Out and Savings Interest experiences. Key contributor to Spruce Design System and ADA Accessibility documentation.

• UX Product Designer - Global Consumer Tax - DIY · H&R Block02-01-2022 – 11-01-2022

  End-to-end enhancements for the Cryptocurrency Investments experience in the DIY consumer tax prep product. Updated user flows and UI for Document Upload, ID Capture & Verification, and MicroApp integration across Consumer DIY Tax Prep experiences. Redesigned TaxPrep App navigation with updates to current design system and experience patterns.
