I currently lead a team of designers at Greenway Health developing electronic health record (EHR) software. As a Design Manager, I establish design strategy and vision while managing and mentoring my team. My focus is leading the design team in emerging areas, especially in artificial intelligence and natural language processing, including building an AI chatbot and incorporating AI into clinical decision making to streamline workflows.
