Across my ventures, I’ve led the full product lifecycle: discovery, MVP, GTM, onboarding, adoption, and iteration. At Marketkit, I launched AI-enabled modules, including predictive demand forecasting and GPT-powered content, that lifted merchant GMV by 18%. At Wildkard, I bootstrapped a B2C marketplace to $2M GMV, leading platform development, logistics, and marketing while managing a 20-person cross-functional team.
