Experience

Tammy follows a user-centered design process and uses principles and techniques derived from cognitive science, psychology, and anthropology to partner with her clients and design and test services, product interfaces and interactions in order to make them intuitive, efficient, joyful, useful, usable and desirable. At Pink Frog, Tammy has interviewed hundreds of our clients' customers across the globe in multiple languages to find out what constitutes an exceptional customer experience, define the customer journey and provide actionable insight for a company roadmap. She found flaws in the customer journey that were costing the company millions of dollars in sales. Tammy has shadowed nurse practitioners in the field and interviewed users in Jacksonville, Mississippi to help redesign applications to order medical supplies. She has redesigned medical insurance websites and designed medical benefit communications to employees. She found flaws in the application that were causing millions of dollars in expenses. Tammy lead the UX design for a company merger between Netspoke and Premiere Global Communications. Led weekly remote multidisciplinary meetings with leadership teams from multiple locations. Reviewed both systems and use cases for additional functionality. Merged both companies existing and new functionality into a 200 page wireframe prototype for one seamless user experience. Some of Tammy’s clients have included Iron Mountain, Crozier Fine Arts, Displays Fine Art Services, TE Connectivity (Tyco), Summa, Danaher, Cytiva, Pfizer, First Insight, Developmental Dimensions International (DDI), CDC/NIOSH, Martris, Genco (now FedEx), Premier Global Services & Netspoke, etc. She has done work as a subcontractor for end clients such as McKesson, Highmark, Capital Blue, Northshore LIJ, Rite Aid, etc.
