  Oversaw and tracked all fund distribution and budgets for department Coordinated and executed a two day Leadership Retreat for 40 staff including 4 speakers, etc., 1 photographer, 1 videographer, caterers, reservations, lodging, and flights. Spearheaded logistics of a 10 day international trip to Uganda for 19 staff including but not limited to flights and lodging, drivers, two excursions, meal reservations, programs and itineraries.
