I'm Taylor, a NYC based "buy-ologist and retail therapist.” Previously I was the Head Beauty Buyer for Barneys New York, Space NK, and Flip. I started my own consulting business, Retaylor Therapy, to support retailers to optimize their retail buying function. This encompasses buying strategy, new brand acquisition, business development, inventory management, product curation, sales analysis, sku productivity, and more. Essentially, I provide all of the tools, templates, and frameworks to “be a better buyer” with a tailored, customized approach to transform your retail buying into a more efficient, customer-centric, and profitable process. I am currently also the fractional VP of Retail for Middlebox, where I help high growth DTC beauty, wellness, and home brand launch and scale in speciality US retail, such as Vacation, Magic Molecule, Chillhouse etc. I am also consulting for Dermstore as a Beauty Expert for their Blog, and Ghost for their new brand acquisition strategy.
