  • Presented legal arguments, made opening and closing statements, assisted clients with legal research, and conducted direct- and cross-examinations of witnesses to effectively represent inmates in disciplinary hearings. • Drafted and submitted discovery requests, appeals, and motions to dismiss and consolidate to bolster inmates' standing at, and potentially altogether avoid, disciplinary hearings.
