  • Led end-to-end design for Spotly’s agentic AI job-search product from 0→1, defi ning core agent workfl ows and human-in-the-loop controls - work that directly drove early traction and angel investors (including the founder of AutoGen) + top-tier VC interest. • Redesigned AMA Interview (web) end-to-end, increasing paid conversion from 2.9% → 4.59% (+58%), with peak daily conversion at 11.11%. • Built Spotly’s Design System & Agentic UI from scratch (80+ components), encoding autonomy, memory, explainability, and permissioning across web and mobile. • Partnered with product, engineering, and marketing to align product experience, brand, and go-to-market materials.
