I’m a Senior UX Researcher specializing in AI-powered and data-intensive B2B SaaS products. I help teams make confident product decisions in complex environments where ambiguity, risk, and scale are high. My work focuses on mixed-methods research, system-level usability, and translating user insight into clear product direction.
