  In Yakeey, I'm helping with: Key contributions: Leading the research and redesign of our property submission feature, resulting in a conversion rate increase from 8% to 20%. Spearheading discovery activities for a new CRM tailored to real estate agents, including end-to-end research: user interviews, workshops, service blueprinting, and feature definition. Managing and mentoring a team of 2 designers, co-creating product features and supporting their growth within the design function. Co-leading design system operations in collaboration with the design team, ensuring consistency, scalability, and ease of use across teams. Partnering with growth and marketing teams to optimize key landing and funnel pages, contributing to sustained improvements in conversion performance.
