I have spent over 20 years in the world of high-level operations and I have learned that I am at my best when I am wearing multiple hats. My background is rooted in BPO operations and full-cycle HR. These are roles that require dependability, a sharp eye for systems, and a genuine love for people management. People and Operations remain my professional focus and my bread and butter. Most of my career has been spent in the startup world helping founders take an idea from a sketch on a napkin to a functioning, growing reality. I thrive in that getting off the ground phase, but there is a specific ingredient I look for: The Vision. If a CEO has a vision that is clear, realistic, and completely out of this world, I am all in. Seeing the potential of what a business can become gives me the energy to handle the execution. My foundation in web hosting and SEO helped me develop a massive opportunity in Google Local Services Ads (LSA) and Google Business Profiles (GBP). I took that spark and ran with it by independently researching, developing, and nurturing the concept into a comprehensive service. I took full ownership as the primary operator, scaling the offering until it became the agency's primary revenue driver. I am a practitioner who does not rattle easily. I bring extreme composure to high-pressure environments, a trait honed over 8 years of navigating complex international healthcare systems during a family crisis. Whether I am managing an HR department of 150 or navigating Google’s rigorous verification standards, my goal is to ensure the business is not just growing, but is operationally prepared to handle that growth.
