Since joining Eminence Organic Skin Care in 2016 as an Order Entry Clerk, I’ve strategically progressed through key roles, including Order Services Representative, Team Lead, and Supervisor, culminating in my promotion to Order Services Manager in February 2024. In my current role, I lead and mentor three teams comprising 4 direct reports (1 supervisor and 1 team lead) and 11 indirect reports, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction across the department. My expertise spans team operations, KPI development and tracking, and strategic contributions to cross-departmental organizational projects. I am committed to fostering collaboration and maintaining high service standards, ensuring SLAs are met with precision to support both sales growth and exceptional customer experiences.
