With a robust background in design and innovation, I hold an MBA in Business, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Currently, I am a Concept Designer at Edward Jones, shaping product roadmaps and onboarding experiences through agentic workflows and AI-powered tools. I also led the visual language for the iRobot HOME app and guided cloud-connected UX as Principal Designer at iRobot, and earlier steered information architecture at Sapient Global Markets and UX for PLM at SolidWorks. My experience spans across Bose Corporation, Echostar, Bellsouth Entertainment, and others, delivering scalable UX strategies, motion design, and product design leadership across hardware and software platforms.
