My professional journey began as a Customer Experience Designer at FURSYS, where I enhanced B2B customer engagement through strategic design initiatives. Transitioning to UX design at Umarket, I led the design of a mobile marketplace, focusing on user interaction and visual design. My role as a Senior Product Designer at Zebrands involved defining creative directions and conducting user research to inform product development.
