With a robust background in user experience research and design, I am currently pursuing a degree in Product Design and Development Management at Northwestern University (2024-2026). I hold a Master's degree in Media and Information from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages and Literature, Applied Linguistics from National Tsing Hua University. My professional journey includes a pivotal role as a User Experience Researcher at Uber, where I have been instrumental in enhancing products like Uber for Business, Uber Eats, and various internal tools since February 2020. My earlier experiences include UX research internships and consultancy roles at Uber, Spectrum Health, and Midland Tool & Supply. Additionally, I have contributed to academic research as an HCI Researcher at National Chiao Tung University, with findings published in IMWUT.
