About

When I was 12, my dream was to play in the NBA. I practiced every day and night with my friends and dad. I tried out for my middle school basketball team and devastatingly didn't make the team. I felt like my tryout was decent but I knew I froze up and choked on a few drills. I went home and told my parents I didn't make the team. My dad told me a story about how Michael Jordan didn't make his high school varsity team and I vowed to continue to try and make it to the NBA. In high school, my dreams essentially got shattered. I made my high school team but I stopped growing around 16. I realized there aren't many 5'7 basketball players in the NBA. I shifted my focus to journalism. If I couldn't make it to the NBA, I was dedicated to at least covering the sport I loved the most. I worked in sports media for more than a decade out of college. I worked my up to the top position in management and now a UX designer dedicated to help people. I love collaborating with a team, building relationships, and learning everything I can learn about UX design. Our job was to create a team-building function for Prolog that showrunners can utilize to build their perfect and ideal team that provides real-time budget for the team, notes that showrunners can use, a roster of names that showrunners can switch in and out if needed, and much more.

Used research and analysis to gather insights, as well as an iterative process of refinement based on feedback. Storytelling was a key tool, that helped to create compelling narratives that resonate with listeners or guide users through a podcasts. Collaboration was also essential. The job required empathy, creativity, and a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences that meet the needs of their audience or users.
