Over the past decade, I have built design and research teams from inception, unified fragmented product portfolios, and transformed engineering-centric cultures into product-led organizations. My focus areas include building global product design organizations across US, EMEA, and APAC, establishing user research functions in engineering-led environments, leading platform unification and modernization across SaaS portfolios, scaling AI into enterprise workflows responsibly and at production scale, and connecting UX decisions directly to revenue growth, adoption, and cost efficiency. Recent impact includes eliminating $500K+ annual agency spend by building in-house design and marketing capabilities, unifying brand, marketing, and product design under a shared vision and OKRs, leading design adoption across multi-product enterprise portfolios, and integrating conversational AI and automation into enterprise IT platforms. I build teams, platforms, and alignment between design, product, engineering, and executive leadership.
