  - Led UI/UX design for The Profit Ledger, a project-based construction accounting software. - Conducted extensive user research and developed solutions through iterative wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design. - Spearheaded event storming, feature prioritization, and usability tests. - Collaborated closely with four cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, engagement team, and domain experts. - Developed user flows, UI designs, and information architecture, and coordinated user interviews for a project-accounting web app. - Drove the design and overhaul of the Data Reporting feature, significantly enhancing user insights and analytics. - Introduced rapid prototyping techniques that reduced the product validation cycle by two weeks, enabling faster time to market.
