Developed and implemented a SharePoint site, centralizing legal, compliance, risk, licensing, and senior management approval processes, as well as facilitating seamless collaboration for requested edits and final creations. Discovered a previously untapped population segment, leading to developing content, design, and strategy for print and email campaigns. This effort yielded PHH's all-time highest conversion rates.
